The Continuous School Improvement Plan is an action plan that identifies:

• the areas the school needs to focus on in the current and coming school year.
• the performance goals we want students to achieve.
• how the school plans to collaboratively meet these goals.

This document is a dynamic, living document that is continually monitored and adjusted to meet the needs of our school and the students we serve.
